Baking: Gluten Free Pie Crust Dough

2 Cups Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
2/3 Cup Shortening
6 to 8 Tablespoons Cold Water

Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Mix. Add shortening, mix until crumbly. Add water and mix well. Easiest to press the dough into the pan, tho rolling it out works as well. Make sure to flour your surface if you do so.

This makes enough dough for 2 traditional crust bottoms or 1 bottom and 1 top for a fruit pie as an example.
