Baking: Pumpkin Pie Filling

1 (14oz) Sweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 cups Fresh pumpkin (mashed or pureed)

Combine all ingredients, stir well. Fills 2 traditional pie crusts or 1 deep dish. I bake at 350 degrees until the top darkens and filling appears solid.
