Cooking: Gluten Free Breading for Sweet and Sour Chicken

3 tablespoons Ground ginger
3 tablespoons Ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
1 cup Rice flour (or a bit more if needed)

Mix together and use to bread your chicken. Is best with 2 pounds of chicken sliced into small chunks and 2 cups cooked white rice.

We sometimes get the Chicken Helper from the store for sweet and sour chicken. Instead of their breading we will substitute this and otherwise use the rest of the ingredients in the box. It can be a quick meal in a pinch when you want to change things up a bit.
