Cooking: Gluten Free Dumplings

2 cups Gluten free all purpose flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Melted butter (I use salted)
3/4 cups Milk
1 Egg

Mix ingredients together. Drop spoonfuls into your hot soup. I find smaller spoonfuls are tastier, picking up more taste from the soup. Let cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Put on cover and let cook for another 10 minutes. Remove cover and remove from heat. Let cool, eat, and enjoy!
