I have a love/hate relationship with Winter and greenhouses. Snow is great for the soil... but not so much for my greenhouse.

With the pure amount of snow this Winter, it's slid off fine until last week. When the weather channels are saying you are going to get another 13 inches of snow and it already looks like this... we have to get some work done.

Snowblower is out of the question because of the sheer amount of snow and the tininess of our snowblower...which I can't find under all this snow anyways.

So we're stuck with large scoop shovels. Hubbie took the South side and I took the North side. Thankfully he finished the South side in about 2 hours before joining me on the North side.

Most of the snow still on the top slid down nicely the next day when it warmed up a bit and melted near the plastic.
We were both pretty sore for a few days afterwards, but at least I don't have to worry about it sinking into itself and breaking my plastic.
